Boys Player Pathway

We start with our Young Gunners program where we welcome boys and girls aged 4-6 and give them an introduction to soccer and have fun to build their love of the game.  We then have our Jr Gunners program where we play 7v7 and 9v9 games in the SoCal league and hone those skills further in a competitive environment.  Those players that are talented enough will move on to our premier programs and those that want to continue playing at a lower level can continue in the SoCal league teams.

At Sporting CA South OC we continually evaluate our players and try and put them into the correct programs, we allow players that are talented enough to play up on older teams and gain experience at a tougher level.  We are all about player development and there is no one size fits all each player has their own path to find and our job is to encourage, educate and train them to reach the best level they can!
